Capitol College IEEE members are also offered the opportunity to become an
Active Officer On Duty. Active Officers are the leaders that hold a position in IEEE
which is paramount to the teams success. The active officers are responsible for
maintaining their given duties as well as serving the community in a greater force.
Active Officers also have a committment to excellence. If a leader of IEEE fails to
do his/her job then it is up the the rest of the leaders and the group to hold him/her
accountable and guide them in the right direction. Each member and leader is important
to the teams success, and the leaders are there to make sure that everyone is working
